ConMet has once again been recognized with the prestigious 10 PPM Supplier Award from PACCAR, honoring exceptional quality performance throughout 2024. ConMet’s manufacturing facilities in Canton, North Carolina; Monroe, North Carolina; Chillicothe, Ohio; Clackamas, Oregon; and Denton, Texas, all received the award.
The 10 PPM award is given to suppliers that have delivered fewer than 10 defective parts per million parts delivered to PACCAR’s manufacturing locations over the past year, while also maintaining strong on-time delivery and customer support performance.
“We appreciate this recognition from PACCAR, and we’re proud of our teams at each of the awarded facilities,” said Ramesh Ramanathan, Chief Operations Officer of North American Operations at ConMet. “It reflects the pride our people take in their work and the systems we’ve built to ensure quality at every step of the process.”
This marks the 8th consecutive year ConMet has received the 10 PPM Award, highlighting the company’s ability to meet strict quality benchmarks year after year. The level of quality performance provided by suppliers like ConMet helps PACCAR maintain the high standards their customers expect – minimizing downtime, reducing maintenance costs, and keeping trucks on the road longer.
“We appreciate the dedication and the investments these suppliers have made in supporting PACCAR,” said Darrin Siver, PACCAR Executive Vice President.
PACCAR recognized a select group of suppliers across North America for 2024 performance. ConMet’s continued inclusion among these top-performing suppliers highlights its focus on dependable manufacturing and customer satisfaction.
