Amsted Industries recently brought together mentors and mentees from across the organization in Chicago for the latest session of the Swiderski Mentorship Program. The full-day event was designed to build connections, set expectations and lay the groundwork for meaningful mentoring relationships that support professional development across the company.
Chapman & Co. Leadership Institute started the day with an orientation session to set the foundation for the mentoring journey ahead. The program continued with mentor and mentee panels, a fast-paced pairing exercise to help participants find their best match, and breakout Q&A sessions. The day wrapped up with dinner, giving participants the chance to connect in a more informal setting.
