Amsted Industries hosted its annual Cornhole Championship at Navy Pier in Chicago, bringing together teams from across all four businesses for a day of friendly competition, connection and cross-company camaraderie. The tournament has become a highlight on the Amsted calendar, giving employees the chance to represent their locations and compete alongside colleagues they may not work with day to day.
This year’s finals came down to an Amsted Rail showdown, with Granite City beating out Greenville for the title. ConMet rounded out the podium with a strong third-place finish. Beyond the competition, the event was an opportunity for employees across Amsted to come together, build relationships and celebrate the culture of teamwork and shared ownership that defines the organization.
