Amsted Industries recently brought together 90 operations leaders from across all four Amsted businesses for an immersive leadership development experience focused on building a one-company, growth mindset.
The customized, two-day program was led by Lucia Annunzio, CEO of Center for High Performance and Adjunct Associate Professor of Management and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Participants included senior operations leaders and rising stars from across the organization.
In addition to the training session, leaders connected during a team bowling event at Lucky Strike, creating opportunities for cross-business networking and relationship-building. The experience reflected Amsted’s continued investment in leadership excellence, collaboration, and long-term growth.
