Ele iniciou sua carreira na Amsted na Baltimore Aircoil<br\/>Company em 2003 e ocupou cargos como Gerente de F\u00e1brica e depois VP de Excel\u00eancia Operacional antes<br\/>de ser nomeado VP e Diretor Administrativo da BAC \u00c1sia-Pac\u00edfico em 2012. Em 2017, Rubino ingressou na ConMet, outra<br\/>empresa da Amsted Industries, onde atuou como COO de Pl\u00e1sticos e Estrat\u00e9gia de Manufatura antes<br\/>de ingressar na Burgess-Norton no ver\u00e3o passado.<\/p>\n\n<p>Desde que ingressou na Burgess-Norton, ele foi respons\u00e1vel pelas principais iniciativas estrat\u00e9gicas, incluindo: a<br\/>estrat\u00e9gia de crescimento do metal em p\u00f3, lan\u00e7amento do sistema de execu\u00e7\u00e3o de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o da BN e implementa\u00e7\u00e3o das<br\/>4 Disciplinas de Execu\u00e7\u00e3o (4DX).<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Sobre a Burgess-Norton<br\/><\/strong>A Burgess-Norton \u00e9 a maior fabricante global de pinos de pist\u00e3o para motores de combust\u00e3o interna e<br\/>compressores, bem como um dos principais produtores de componentes de metal em p\u00f3 de precis\u00e3o.
