Jill come\u00e7ou sua carreira, em 1983, como programadora de computadores na ConMet. Na \u00e9poca, a ConMet era uma empresa muito menor, de 30 milh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares e, naturalmente, tinha muito menos capacidades digitais. Olhando para tr\u00e1s, ela n\u00e3o pode acreditar nas mudan\u00e7as que viu ao longo dos anos, tanto na empresa quanto na tecnologia. A ConMet sempre foi uma empresa inovadora e progressista, o que levou a uma cultura que abra\u00e7a verdadeiramente a tecnologia digital e a utiliza para capacitar nossa empresa, nossos funcion\u00e1rios e nossos clientes.
