Siamo orgogliosi di annunciare la nomina di Wayne Luce, veterano delle risorse umane di Amsted, a vicepresidente del personale. Wayne entrer\u00e0 a far parte del nostro team di leadership e diriger\u00e0 tutte le iniziative relative alle risorse umane in tutta l’organizzazione, a livello mondiale.<\/p>\n\n

Wayne porta con s\u00e9 una grande esperienza nel suo nuovo ruolo. “Avendo lavorato in vari ruoli e divisioni in 20 anni di carriera in Amsted, ho avuto l’opportunit\u00e0 di vedere e capire il talento e la dedizione dei nostri dipendenti in tutta l’organizzazione”, ha dichiarato Wayne. “Questo \u00e8 il motivo per cui Amsted \u00e8 un’azienda eccezionale”. <\/p>\n\n

In futuro, l’obiettivo di Wayne sar\u00e0 quello di sostenere e servire le iniziative commerciali strategiche dell’amministratore delegato e dei presidenti di divisione di Amsted. Intende raggiungere questo obiettivo attraverso programmi e sistemi di risorse umane collaborativi e innovativi che creino maggior valore per i proprietari ESOP di Amsted.<\/p>\n\n

Wayne si occuper\u00e0 anche di ogni singolo dipendente, promettendo di promuovere opportunit\u00e0 di crescita e di stimolare l’innovazione. “Nel mio ruolo di leader, dichiara Wayne, “implementeremo modi nuovi, collaborativi e innovativi per creare un’esperienza superiore per i dipendenti in tutte le sedi di Amsted Industries”. <\/p>\n\n
