Hanno lanciato con successo i sistemi elettrici CMD e DCC che hanno fornito l&#8217;apertura necessaria ad Amsted per entrare nel mercato dei veicoli elettrici (EV). Mentre lavorava in Amsted, ha conseguito due lauree &#8211; Master in Ingegneria e Master in Gestione dell&#8217;Ingegneria &#8211; che lo hanno portato alla posizione che ricopre oggi.<\/p>\n<p>Man mano che i sistemi che Todd e il suo team contribuiscono a creare vengono integrati in un numero sempre maggiore di sedi dei clienti, non riesce a vedersi lavorare altrove. &#8220;Amsted \u00e8 un grande sostenitore dell&#8217;ESOP, che d\u00e0 la propriet\u00e0 dell&#8217;azienda. Questo ha un&#8217;influenza positiva sulla cultura aziendale.
