Durante sus cinco d\u00e9cadas en la empresa, Shirley\u2014en su car\u00e1cter de Vicepresidente-People\u2014ha tenido un profundo impacto en estimular las carreras individuales de los empleados as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n en desarrollar el crecimiento de la empresa en general.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Una carrera llena de logros<br\/><\/strong>Al mirar atr\u00e1s, Shirley considera sus proyectos m\u00e1s exitosos para la empresa, como el lanzamiento de un programa de gesti\u00f3n de talentos y la Propuesta de Innovaci\u00f3n de Amsted. \u201cTambi\u00e9n estoy muy orgullosa de lanzar nuestro plan de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica rentable con un alto deducible y cuentas de ahorro para gastos m\u00e9dicos,\u201d agreg\u00f3 Shirley.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>El futuro que le espera: golf y nietos<br\/><\/strong>No hay un gran plan para la jubilaci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan Shirley: \u201cTenemos casas en Indiana, Michigan y Key West y planeamos pasar el tiempo en los tres lugares, jugando al golf y disfrutando de la vida y de nuestros nietos mellizos.\u201d Y solo para mantener la mente ocupada, Shirley quiz\u00e1s realice un poco de trabajo voluntario y labor orientativa como segunda ocupaci\u00f3n.<br\/>\u201cNadie se ha ganado su jubilaci\u00f3n tanto como Shirley,\u201d dijo Steve Smith, Gerente General de las Industrias Amsted. \u201cApasionada, dedicada y un verdadero agente de cambio.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Wayne Luce reemplazar\u00e1 a Shirley en su funci\u00f3n<br\/><\/strong> La persona que reemplazar\u00e1 a Shirley Whitesell en el Equipo Directivo ser\u00e1 el experimentado en R.R.H.H.
