Steve lleg\u00f3 a Amsted en el 2005 como Presidente de Amsted Rail, antes de trasladarse al equipo ejecutivo senior de Bob Reum como Vicepresidente-Asesor Jur\u00eddico. Steve ha cumplido funciones como Gerente General interino desde el fallecimiento de Bob.<\/p>\n\n<p>Steve ha sido una parte fundamental del gran equipo directivo de Amsted, el cual ha impulsado admirables resultados para la Empresa en los \u00faltimos 15 a\u00f1os. Posee un conocimiento amplio de los negocios de Amsted, es defensor de la cultura de Amsted, y tiene una incre\u00edble habilidad para inspirar, entusiasmar, y conectar con empleados, clientes y socios de empresa conjunta. Steve es un pensador estrat\u00e9gico con capacidades de fuerte liderazgo para desarrollar posiciones s\u00f3lidas de Amsted en los mercados servidos, y cuenta con el apoyo un\u00e1nime de la Junta.<\/p>\n\n<p>Antes de llegar a Amsted, Steve ocup\u00f3 puestos ejecutivos altos en GKN plc y The Interlake Corporation, ambos proveedores de la industria automotriz y aeroespacial. Pas\u00f3 los primeros diez a\u00f1os de su carrera profesional como abogado corporativo en ejercicio por cuenta propia. <\/p>\n\n<p>Por solicitud de la Junta, he aceptado continuar mi funci\u00f3n como Presidente de la Junta Directiva. Ha sido un placer servir en la Junta desde el a\u00f1o 2000, y es un honor poder cumplir esta funci\u00f3n en este momento de transicion.
