Our principal business strategy is to employ our product development capabilities, advanced manufacturing processes and marketing skills in market niches where we can achieve a market leadership position. Operations are conducted through divisions and subsidiaries that are relatively autonomous, while our small corporate headquarters staff oversees financial controls and provides strategic direction.
