Thomas E. Bergmann

Thomas Bergmann is Vice President – Finance and Chief Financial Officer of AMSTED Industries. Mr. Bergmann joined AMSTED in 2009. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Harley-Davidson, USF Corporation and was Vice President Controller for Sears, Roebuck and Co., Vice President Treasurer for The St. Paul Companies and served in several key financial positions at Johnson and Johnson and Honeywell.

Mr. Bergmann earned his B.A. degree from the College of Saint Thomas, his Masters of Management from J. L. Kellogg School of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant.
