W. Robert Reum is the chairman, president and chief executive officer of AMSTED Industries.

Mr. Reum has served as a director of the company since 1992. He previously served as chairman, president and chief executive officer of The Interlake Corporation, a multinational manufacturer of engineered materials and handling/packaging systems from 1991 through 1999.

Mr. Reum earned a B.A. degree in political science from Yale and a M.B.A. in finance from Harvard University, and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
